These terms apply to users who register for and use Time2Trot to manage rider profiles, bookings, lessons, schedules, invoices and related riding-school services.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If the user is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must accept the terms on the rider’s behalf.
2. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information and keep login details secure. The riding school may approve, reject, suspend or deactivate accounts where necessary for safety, administration or policy reasons.
3. Bookings and scheduling
Bookings are subject to instructor, horse, rider and facility availability. The riding school may approve, reject, reschedule or cancel bookings where required.
4. Rider information and suitability
Users must provide accurate rider information, including experience level and relevant safety or medical information where requested. This helps the riding school allocate suitable instructors, horses and lessons.
5. Payments and invoices
Fees, billing cycles, invoices, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the riding school’s published policies or written agreement with the user.
6. Safety and conduct
Riders, guardians and users must follow riding-school safety rules, staff instructions and reasonable conduct standards. Horse riding carries inherent risks, and users must act responsibly.
7. Platform availability
The platform is provided to support administration and bookings. We aim to keep it available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or technical issues.
8. Privacy
Personal information is processed according to the Time2Trot Privacy Notice and applicable data protection laws.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the platform provider and riding school are not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or service interruptions beyond reasonable control.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means the user accepts the latest version.
